Baptism

Thinking of having your baby baptised? Want to get yourself baptised? Baptism is the start of a lifelong journey of following Jesus. Come along on a Sunday morning and introduce yourself to Jacob the minister. He'll be happy to talk you through the next steps.

Funerals

Organising a funeral can be confusing and draining. Did you know you can have a funeral service in church even if you've chosen a cremation? If you would like a service in the church, it is best to contact the minister before finalising arrangements with the funeral directors.

Domestic Abuse

Are you suffering in a coercive, controlling or abusive relationship? Call the Domestic and Sexual Abuse helpline on 0808 802 1414 or visit womensaidni.org.

Alternatively, come to an event or Sunday service at St Brigid's and share your story with the minister. 

Even if you're not sure what you're experiencing really is abuse, it's important to do something about it. We will always listen and believe you and point you to the help you need.

The Occult

Are you worried about strange things happening in your house? Are you thinking about going to a medium? Have you been badly affected by involvement with pagan, new age or occult practices (e.g. ouija boards, pagan worship, witchcraft, mediums, crystal healing, tarot cards, etc.)? 

Whatever your situation, you should never rely on occult, pagan or new age practices to help you. They will only make things worse in the long run.

Jesus has the power and love needed to forgive, heal and help you. Come to church on Sunday and speak to the minister who can give you guidance.
